    loan taken by employee and system should calculate installment by following 4 months as standard procedure from each consecutive salary. (presently- manual entries to be entered by user which currently in place by BEE Element entry) -not mannually

    This is very common requirement, usually called loan elements. Its nature is like this. As per i remember in KSC, it works as per standard like automatically it adjust the balance amount and carries forward the balance till loan amount is not finished.

    Otherwise for Sample: Go to Vision Instance

    Check the business groups 7671 (Vision UAE), it had complete implementation of Loan Element. For reference you can see the fast formula attached with Personal Loan. It will be sufficient for you to understand the basic functionality and handling of loan elements.

    thanks …Dear Farhan suppose one project is completed & entire person of 500 people shift to another project,pl suggest query from toad for moving mass employees to new projects or existing another one ? HR donot want to do entry mannualy Assigment for all employee ,it takes times.
    pl suggest solution with query.

    Dear Ashraf

    You can meet this requirement two ways
    1. From Backend: Using Assignment Update API in which you will change only the organization of the the people being transferred and you will do this in UPDATE mode. Find its API through integration repository responsibility. 🙂

    2. From application: Through Mass Assignment Update Form. You can find its navigation in People->Mass Update
